TGIF

That’s right, TGIF!  Overall this week hasn’t been too bad I guess for myself.  I can’t say the same for those on Wall Street, and because of that, those that are close to retirement.  It’s been one rough week for those people from what I’ve been watching on the stock market charts.  And an even worse week for that guy in France that lost his bank $7B.  So yeah, compared to those, my week wasn’t too bad.

Tomorrow we’re going down to Forsyth.  My dad got a call from some guy that told him that there was an old lady down there that has just become a widow, so she is selling all of her husbands old cars.  And yes that is right, this does sounds like one of those stories you read in car magazines.  From what she told him, her husband was definately a GM guy.  SS Chevelles, Novas, 55s, 57s, and alot of others that she’s looking at getting rid of quickly.  So we’re going down to see what all she has and see if there is anything worth buying.  I wouldn’t mind to get down there and see a mid 60s Vette, but I highly doubt that there will be one of those for sale.

So something random today, I’ll call it my ‘realization for the day.’  Personal leave time at work takes FOREVER to build up after using some! lol
