A fresh pair of contacts make all the difference in the world on making things appear sharp and crisp like they should. I’m aweful on putting it off because it always seems like the time to change always comes when they feel perfectly comfortable. The saying “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” pretty much sums it up for me. Now if they are bothering me when it comes time, I don’t mind at all to change
I ended up changing mine out last night when one of mine started bothering me – like I had something in my eye. I figured instead of just sleeping it off, it would be a great reason to put some new ones in. Usually I am quick, and it takes me only a couple of minutes, and if I’m lucky there’s no taking one of them back out (sometimes time and time again) to wash it off because something might have gotten on it.
I am horrible at putting off a few things that should be taken very serious and never put aside. It’s so easy to say you’ll do it next week or next month, and before you know it a whole year has slipped by. Yep, I managed to let an entire year pass since I was supposed to get my yearly eye exam, making it 2 years since I’ve been
. Sadly though, I think it was a combination of being out of fresh new contacts, and waking up here and there thinking “I soo need to make an appointment” that finally made me carry through with it.

Apparently the shape of my eyes are that which are more prone to develop tears in the very backside of your eye. So it’s important to keep check so that if anything were to begin developing, it could be taken care of before becoming serious.
For anyone that knows me well, knows that I wear contacts. I’ve been wearing them every since 8th grade, when I was finally able to talk my doctor into letting me get them.
Well it’s been a long time since then, and I not only miss some of the things you can do w/o them, but am

So I’m going out there. And I’m going to do the best I can. People are going to get in my way. Things are going to bring me down. But I’m going to keep going. I’m going to reach as far as I can, for every thing I’ve ever wanted. And I’m not giving up. Because that’s what you do when your dreams are more important than your fears. You go out there and ignore the odds. You focus on one thing—that your dreams come true.
