Shit happens, and to good people, all the time. The only valid point in the entire quote is the last line "Create your own life then LET GO and LIVE IT!" which is completely counter to "every happens for a reason". If everything did happen for a reason, there wouldn't be much to create or live, it would all be predetermined. This quote is an example of stringing together words that sounds good together but the total is far less than the sum of its parts. I think that often happens because when we're relaxing, getting ready to sleep, we aren't distracted by all the things we do all day.
