Got Malware or Adware?

If you’ve caught something on your computer that constantly gives you annoying popups, advertisements, and anything else that is extremely annoying, and can’t seem to remove it with your regular software, I’d recommend giving the guys at Cyber Tech Help forum a shout.

At work we had a computer that had a trojan that Norton just couldn’t seem to Quarantine, and the computer had problems with ads popping up when using IE, so I got the task of cleaning it up.  I’ve used Cyber Tech Help before on my personal computers, and these guys are awesome.  All you need to do is download and run a program called HighJack This and post the log on their forum and you’ll get unique instructions to help restore your computer by one of their tech guys on the forum.

So right now I’m working on a laptop from one of the ladies at work.  It’s got tons of malware on it which are causing popups like crazy and are making using the computer at all completely frustrating.
