Friday Reminders – Consistent daily reminders letting the world know that it’s not Friday..yet. Obviously, unless you are on a long break from work or school, it’s most likely known by 99.9% of the population what day it is, and it’s usually (~85% chance) not Friday.
Nameless Calling Someone Out – Usually preceded or followed by the phrase, “you know who you are” or similar. If you’re gonna have the fortitude to call someone out in public, and online of all places, of which the chances are there are mutual friends, at least have enough fortitude to address them by name. This removes any chance others may mistakenly take your message, and in turn, take a slice at the fibers that may remain in the relationship between the two of you. Not only is it the “bigger” thing to do, but it’s the more mature and more responsible thing to do.
Unusual Tagging – The tagging of someone that’s not in a photo, usually meant as the way to make that person aware of a photo, can not only be annoying, but is the wrong way of using tagging. To make someone aware of a photo, share the photo to them in the form of a link either on their wall or a message. Otherwise, it could come across that you think your husband is a dog if you tag him in a photo of just the dog.
Hacked Status Updates – Everyone seems to think it’s cute to post a message on someone else’s wall if they happen to have access to their account, calling it “hacked!” Seriously, that’s not hacking, that’s just someone forgetting to log out or leaving their phone laying around.
