Day in Arizona 09.26.08

Tags: , , ,

We spent today visiting a few places throughout Arizona.  We started the day in Sedona, then on to the Sunset Crater Volcano, down to the Meteor Crater, but unfortunately ran short of time to hit the Petrified Forest National Park.

Since we knew that we had quite a bit of ground to cover, and really a short time to get it all in, we took a helicopter tour of Sedona.  They advertise it as the best way to see what it offers, and it is truly an amazing experience.  I had never been in one before, so it was a first time deal for me, and I LOVED it.  So much fun!

A special thanks to Muse for suggesting Sedona!  It is a beautiful town and I can’t wait to come back sometime and spend more time checking out the rest that it has to offer.

I’ve still got some back posts that I’ll be making as soon as I get time of the other parks and stops that we’ve made.

  2. Muse - All of your comments are making it through and I have really enjoyed your kind words! Some of your comments are on individual image pages rather than the post, so finding them might be a little bit tricky but they are definitely making it on here :) Thank you again!!
