It is extremely amazing! I don't know how they do it, but they do a darn good job for sure. The worst part about it really was the hassle of them closing that card out, sending me a new one, and then having to add it into all of the places where I use it to pay things online. The only good thing about it though was me not being liable for it :)

You're right, that wasn't very creative at all! Perhaps they let their stomach persuade them where to use it, haha ;)

I think you are wise to call back and verify with the official number. There are so many places that ask for passwords and personal information online and by phone. The fraud detection is amazing, though isn't it? I had one where people had charged several meals in San Diego---where I hadn't been---and I thought "that's not very creative; they could have charged a big screen tv or something, but all they did was dinner at Appleby's"! :)
