The Tea Party gets alot of attacks from people that don’t understand what the movement stands for, especially from the Left. It’s pretty easy to understand though, those that were sent to Washington from the Tea Party, were sent with the message that the people are sick and tired of all the wasteful spending that is driving up our national debt with these unfathomable yearly deficits. This book is definitely worth reading if you are unsure what the Tea Party is really about, or if you find yourself being one of those people that blindly attack the movement.
The fact that it took until yesterday (because I was forced to) for me to use the new Yahoo! Mail speaks volumes about my desire to stay with the old one, but after changing, I love it! It just seems so much faster when loading messages. And the arrows to move to the next message (up or down) just makes my life so much easier, as I always found the previous/next text link to be confusing. They’ve gone a little overboard adding Facebook and Yahoo! Messenger in, at least for myself, but I’m sure others find it extremely useful. Bravo Yahoo!, for taking your email a step forward, and not a step backwards like I had first thought it would be!
Shane Holden – Please keep my mom in your prayers. She starts chemo & radiation today for colon cancer. Thank you.
I officially hate the ‘On This Day In’ feature of Facebook now. Not to mention all of the other tweaks that they keep making. Reminds me of how often eBay has changed their site over the years.
Feeling tired throughout the day, and never feeling like I am rested, I think is partly due to my recent move of sleeping lightly. It’s definitely not a change that I wanted, because I hate it! Every single thing wakes me up during the night, and it’s killing me.
I can’t go to sleep if anyone is up watching TV in the living room, because I find myself tuning into the audio, trying to figure out what the picture would be looking like or try to figure out what exactly is on.
Our dogs are on a scratching kick, where they just can’t seem to soothe an itch, so they are constantly scratching or chewing. They’ve had flea treatments, so that’s not really a problem. The only problem is the slight scratch, no matter how light, wakes me up every time. And only me!
We have some new neighbors that apparently have half a dozen dogs. Most of these dogs live outside, and bark at anything and everything! So needless to say, during the night, they bark, then our dogs start barking, and I’m wide awake.
Four years ago, the Federal Reserve was completely unheard of in the news. Now that’s absolutely not the case. Thanks to the awakening of the masses of how much this private institution is effecting our nation daily, it’s becoming the heart of the talks of our nation’s problems, as it rightfully should be. Simply put, without the Federal Reserve, your dollar would buy more, we wouldn’t be extending ourselves into pointless nation-building wars, and we wouldn’t be faced with bubbles such as the housing bubble that has put so many in forclosure.

Friday Reminders – Consistent daily reminders letting the world know that it’s not Friday..yet. Obviously, unless you are on a long break from work or school, it’s most likely known by 99.9% of the population what day it is, and it’s usually (~85% chance) not Friday.
Nameless Calling Someone Out – Usually preceded or followed by the phrase, “you know who you are” or similar. If you’re gonna have the fortitude to call someone out in public, and online of all places, of which the chances are there are mutual friends, at least have enough fortitude to address them by name. This removes any chance others may mistakenly take your message, and in turn, take a slice at the fibers that may remain in the relationship between the two of you. Not only is it the “bigger” thing to do, but it’s the more mature and more responsible thing to do.
This may bother me more than it should, but it really bothers me how people remember exactly what they gave someone, even the cost, and ask for it back when the person they gave it to is no longer here. I don’t care if the person may not have liked it, may have loved it, or may not have even remembered receiving it in their passing days. And I really really hate to hear someone say, “he/she would have wanted her/him/them to have it back.” I don’t think that type of statement should have any validity, nor any need to be said, because the truth is, you never 100% know that’s what would have been wanted, especially with items that may have been forgotten about. It’s not even that I want the stuff, it’s just the point of it. Quite frankly, I find it disrespectful.
It’s discouraging to think how many people are shocked by honesty and how few by deceit.
