There’s a temporary all-way stop near the end of our street now, that’s turned into a really good place for those guys that walk up to every car with a bucket asking for money for who knows what kind of “charity.”
Today’s stop went something like this:
Really? That’s supposed to work using Jesus to get people to give you money? That’s wrong if you ask me.
A little smile, a word of cheer,
A bit of love from someone near,
A little gift from one held dear,
Best wishes for the coming year.

Chase & I took Mom some flowers today for Christmas. It was so nice and warm, sunny and…peaceful there. I can only imagine what it’s like where she is.

I’ve been sporting long john bottoms each day for a few weeks now, and am finally not cold all day! I wish I had started using these years ago!
I have felt anxious all day today. About everything—work, business, life, you name it. Not sure why, but I don’t like it.
Love knows no limits and true friendships last a lifetime. Get back in touch with someone today. You’ll be glad you did.
